Our dining scene has been highlighted many times in the national press lately. It's legit.

We are fortunate to live in area that is perfect for farm to table cuisine. The Northwest is definitely the leader in sourcing locally grown products.

I think there are 4 James Beard nominees who own restaurants/bakeries downtown and I think a few more nominees have restaurants in Eagle and Caldwell. The Avery downtown is owned by a Michelin-starred chef. Dont forget the refugees who have added an incredible variety of world tastes to the scene.
