Fencing currently being removed from the Boardwalk area and replaced with caution tape. Looks like it will be open to the public today, except for the Harbour Passage portion where work is ongoing.

I noticed earlier today that the patio furniture that was being stored in the middle of the skating oval (in the image above) is no longer there. Maybe the issue with the Fire Marshall has finally been resolved.

Picnic tables were still on the patios last time I was by. Maybe the offending furniture just got sent back or otherwise disposed of?

I know they are still working on the concrete for the underground parking structure, but I'm surprised there hasn't been a crane, even one of the smaller ones we often see on 4-6 storey projects - on site yet for the first building.

Is there actually going to be any underground parking? I thought it was all above grade garages.

Mostly underground with some above ground

Sorry, not really understanding those diagrams. How many floors of parking below grade (underground) in the first building? Does L1 mean one below ground?

I think it is two levels above grade with L1 meaning, Level 1. I don't believe any of these have underground parking. If you look at the second drawing, you can see the 2 floor parking in grey which likely cuts into the ground and second floors, perhaps only units on one side on those floors.

Yes, that's what I thought too (all above ground parking structures) but some people in posts recently are referring to "underground parking".....hence my confusion.

That’s my bad, I didn’t intend to cause any confusion, I was using underground parking broadly meaning it’s under the building and currently they are pouring concrete below grade, not in any prescriptive or literal way.

Yes much of the parking structure will be above the final grade of the site, at least according to the drawings available to us now.
