If I am correct in its location, it will across the street from the soon to be completed National Museum of Civil and Human Rights as well other Downtown attractions such as the World of Coca~Cola, Georgia Aquarium, Children's Museum, Skyview Atlanta (the giant ferris wheel), Centennial Olympic Park and across the park from CNN Center, Phillips Arena, the Football Hall of Fame and the Georgia World Congress Center.
This will offer a nice transition from the park and attractions to this residential development. It seems to wrap around the Museum Tower. I think that because there are so many tall buildings in Atlanta that we have come to expect that to be the norm. The rendering looks a little off or perhaps the development will go all the way to West Peachtree Pl.
Whatever the case may be, this development will bring more residents to Downtown. It will be a great location for families with children. All in all, I like it. If the descriptions of the finish product is accurate then this will be a win for that community.
