Well, it depends. I think they will complete a shell of a floor a week, and at a certain point, come back and finish the floor, so my guess is a floor every two weeks. Just my thoughts.

Nice, aggie4life. Welcome to the forum! For some odd reason, my brain keeps thinking the footprint of this thing needs to be curved the way the facade is. Stupid brain.

All constructions sites were given the go ahead to continue construction on Thursday, I believe. All the sites with a webcam are back up - if they even stopped. But the weather would be hampering the crane installations. 44 East's first crane and the second 6XG crane were scheduled to go up this weekend. But I doubt that will happen even if the Orders didn't cause a delay.

Thanks, ATX. On top of it! Hope they're all safe (and y'all too).

How can workers possibly stay a safe "social" distance apart? (Answer: they can't.)

Why did Governor Abbot exempt construction sites from the stay at home order? They're not essential!

If you dig into the details of the order, you will find many "essential" businesses that are arguably even less essential than construction and have employees working in close proximity indoors. Last I read construction was even allowed to continue in NYC. It's all about not shutting down the economy completely while still calling it a Stay-at-Home/Shelter-in-Place Order. My company is not essential IMO but allowed to continue with a skeleton crew. I have been working from home for the past two weeks, but I'm being added to my company's "essential" list, so I will need to start going to work.
