Is the floor count in the thread title way off? 58 vs 77 is a big discrepancy.
When a building has higher than normal ceilings they often skip floors to make up for it. It has 58 floors which would be about equal to 77 (or 78 or 79 with mech.) normal floors.
What for artwork.....water coolers for a drink as you panic?

If they didn't add those out-of-place vents roughly halfway up for 2 rows and kept the parapet as-is, this would be a pretty awesome building! Guess we'll see how it fares once it's lit up at night! Also looks like the cladding will wrap up with 50HY sooner than The Spiral!
