Looking at that picture, ground level by January? That's just my opinion, but realistic.

Big changes to this list soon, with Aura, the Ice twins, and L Tower all finishing up soon.

Thanks for the hard work Koops! Awesome to think that is leasing goes well at Oxford Tower, Calgary could have 3 on this list by 2016-2017, with the remainder in Toronto. Maybe Kings on Fourth will surprise the pants off us and start too to make it 4

Target for ground level is by early December (easily achievable for the tower portion of the site), though from the picture I posted, it looks like the first rebar (northeast corner) should be reaching ground level by early November. It was literally right there like 3 feet below me

We're losing 4 big boys, but we will be gaining E Condos - 194 meters and Massey Tower 208 meters probably within the month or 2 max. Also, Eau du Soliel, 215 meters will start by the spring along with Telus Sky?

Also Bay Adelaide 2 gets upgraded from the B list at 196 meters.

E Condos is already listed. Ice 2 still has a ways to go.

E condos is already under construction?

Awesome news, I guess it will be on this list, once two of the following: Aura, L Tower, or Ice 1, finish up then.

AURA should be taken off the list I think, The temporary canopy came off 2 nights ago marking substantial completion. Its as good as finished.

Do we have criteria to follow as to when a building can officially be deemed to be "completed"

Tough on buildings like Aura, Ice etc... where occupancy is phased. occupancy has already started on Ice I but there is plenty of work occurring on the upper levels as well.

I generally consider it when exterior work has reached final completion. Interior fitout can continue for a year after the building appears complete.

I'm fine with early occupancy. I adjust the date of completion anyways when the corp. Registers. Hoist should be down. Address on lobby entrance. Don't have time to visit each building anymore. Hope to do an update around Christmas. 20 to 25 towers will be shifted to completed.

I believe Aura's hoist is down but, occupancy hasn't started on the upper condo corp. The glass hasn't been completed on the hoist units either.

Whatever method is used to determine completion, we are in an unusual spot where we have a number of 200 meter plus projects that will be coming off the list in a matter of months from each other, and there is no similar calibre and quantity of projects to re-enter the list to make up for this shortfall. I can only foresee 3 possible 200 meter plus towers starting in the next 6 months, with foundation/podium work beginning and nothing further for a possible 4th tower in Southcore.

This is weird, because while its great to have more completed 200 meter plus towers, this thread's body and soul is based on Highrise construction activity.
