I think you need to get rid of the "/file" at the end of the URL

Has more to do with our watered down laws, sentencing, and weak court system.

Ask any cop about crime and they’ll tell you the courts and justice is the weak link!

Use imgur or flickr. Don't think mediafire allows linking.

You mean the curve that buses and other large vehicles going from Smith to King need to use both lanes to get around?

temporary stage for Burt Block parties, I love the road redesign, gives the Burt so much more room for events outside pre-concert

Less pavement and more park space to get the same result, seems like an improvement to me. Next up I would love for something to become of that parking lot

Seems like a lot of work for little difference, if redoing everything why not just have a turning lane?

Perhaps the police are holding back the tide which is getting bigger and bigger with more of it trickling through. Once you get rid of the police/ floodgates, the deluge will flood through. They are doing the job they are supposed to. The cause of the increased tide is up for analysis. I think a lot has to do with broken families.

There was a concert outside the Burt this weekend. Billy Talent. It looks like they closed the road for the concert? So they re-configure the roads to fit a stage, then need to close said new road for the concert?

Are we seriously complaining that they closed a road on a weekend for a concert that brought thousands of people outdoors downtown?

Not really complaining. Just seems odd to me. I thought they did the work to eliminate the road issue, not require closures.

Anyone have any insight into what's going on with Pantages? This recent WFP story (with the words "limbo" and "amorphous" in the title) seems to leave more questions than answers: https://www.winnipegfreepress.com/br...rphous-project
