Project Type: As part of the long term plan for the St. Mark UMC campus, the Church is proposing to demolish the house located at 116 Juniper Street and replace with a flexible greenspace.
This could be nice in the short term, especially next door to the new teen house. Here is an article from 2008 that talks about the church previously wanting to tear down all three houses but planning for a future 20 story building on the lot.
