Well it's had been announced, if they the Marriott to commit then I fully expect to see it proceed. I'd hold my breath just a little longer though given the past.

Dundee is also listed as a partner so that adds another level of legitimacy (and all important capital).

This is looking pretty promising, not to mention I like the new design much more than the original iteration.

If the glazing actually ends up looking like the renderings I will be pretty impressed. I too think this is an improvement over the last plan.

Now we are talking! Let's get this exciting development approved so that we can bring some life into that corner of BC Place, although I'm sure the newer developments in that neighbourhood would finally think about including retail and other themed ameinities to complement the casino and hotels.

It's just not what I'd expect with all the condos they're building there! I wish it wouldn't hide BC Place though, I think given enough time it could become a famous landmark. Won't happen if it's hidden!
