Yeah, I wonder if older density in Portland has something to do with that? It definitely feels like there is more tree cover in Portland from ground level.
I think Austin is also higher than average due to the Greenbelt, Emma Long, McKinney Falls, and a lot of undeveloped land along 2222. All of these fall within the city limits, so that could help to boost the numbers. That said, there are a ton of trees in the neighborhoods throughout the city. Really cool to see.
