I actually think 3Eleven turned out pretty well. I wasn't a huge fan of the renderings, but I'm pleasantly surprised with the final product.
Same. Big fan of the result. Love the brick columns. The height and color choice are excellent.

I, for one, really enjoy the influx of black brick we have gotten in the latest boom.
i think this is already starting to get pretty played out (along with the whole black hardwood floor trend), but its a decent change of pace here and there
