Per St. Anthony School comment about parking... who owns / what was the reason for the parkade next to O' Byrnes? Was it built back in the day to benefit Whyte businesses?

Looks like a Gardner design. A few tweaks and it could be better. Get rid of those stupid pitched roofs on the south. What's the point? 6/10.

I had a nice tour offered to me today by one of the partners in this project and was not disappointed; yet another impressive addition to the area. What I like most about it was that between this and the 4-5 other newer projects in the vicinity, people have choice, a spectrum of design decisions, pricing and that it is drawing in more and more people to urban living, upping the overall experience and encouraging more retailers to join in.

A special nod here to a lot of local art and photography.

I used to live in Edmonton, and in Garneau. Haven't been back there in a couple of years, but the scale of change in the area is something else. Unlike some NIMBY's in the area I know, I love love love it!!!

The lot across the parks on jasper (108th and Jasper SE corner) where the Bank dance club used to be. Any plans for that parking parcel? It's been a parking lot for as long as i can remember. Who owns it?

MacLaren by Edgar - SOLD!

Hearing for something like $391k/suite or so which is healthy, especially for a secondary market like 124st.

That frees up some capital.
