RDW989, nice album on your Flickr Page Butterfly

I didn't notice any newly delivered mast segments on site in your last posting today Post #980. I'm readying my set up for capturing crane no.1, it's do for a lift.

Friday's slab pour

This evening, prepping or/and maintenance, same routine on this tower crane the last time it was raised, crane lift tomorrow? or Saturday?

Yesterday, my first sighting of parts of the building's envelope.

From RDW989 image, looks like they're installing the panels out of the publics view (at the back near the pool).

First glazing is up on the tower, along with more of the concrete wave details. Looks good, I don't know if it's curved glass or just gives the illusion, but looks good. There are photos on Westbank's insta. And the height is starting to be much more noticeable now from different points. This is a very exciting block right now, who'd have thought 10 years ago that this oneblock would be home to four of the tallest and most unique buildings in the city

FacadeBuilder said the glazing was curved.

I thinks he is just some guy at the Patina (security guard). But with work safe priorities these days I don't blame you for thinking he was part of the Top climbing Crew.

Got home from work today and the Concrete Placing Boom was gone. Did not capture its removal, camera was focused on the iron workers at The Stack. I will post its reinstalment.
Noticed the deck was inactive since the slab pour on May 20th. I though it was because the tower crane was to low.

I think 1157 Burrard should be farther to the right (?) - to the right of Century Plaza Hotel,
if Burrard is a straight line from Chrysallis to Century Plaza.

and these two on the east side of Thurlow:

In person so far it really achieves that cathedral grandress already, which is cool. I know those design motifs were referencing the church property, but didn't know if they'd come across. But they really have so far, I hope it doesn't go away somehow once the building takes shape
