I was given two numbers. One was 407 feet and one was 430 feet.
Let's do some math.
With 27 floors complete in concrete from floor to ceiling, the building is the SAME EXACT height as 2400 Chestnut across the river, which is 337 feet high:

The Evo at it's tallest height will be 33 floors, but the slope is about 3 floors in height... so that really means there are 9 more floors in height to go. Make sense?
27 floors complete, divided by 3 is 9...
337 divided by 3 is 112.
337+112= 449 feet.
So I would say the 430 foot height is probably accurate. In the renderings of FMC with Evo included, the Evo looks to be only slightly shorter than Cira I.
