Great design - harking back to the
lozenge-shaped BC Hydro Building on Burrard Street (but with balconies),
and to a lesser extent, the MetLife (Pan Am) Building in NYC.
And, as with the first 2 Brentwood towers, and Wave in Surrey, you can see from the shadowing on the balconies in the rendering,
that the wrap-around balconies will hide the variations in the curtain wall (i.e. hide the protruding parts and recesses),
making the tower look more stream-lined (and satisfying LEED requirements limiting solar gain).
Am I correct in assuming that Tower 4 might be a "twin"?
Since they are both positioned as gateway towers to the mall underground entrance?
