Those plans state an accessory parking garage. Will that be above ground? And where will it be placed of it is next to the tower?

Unless it changed in some way, it's underground parking accessed by Ludlow st. Maybe just weird wording

It's to my understanding that the plans call for underground parking. Don't know why it's stated that way

They did just finish the parking levels underground, and you can see the core forms in place now. It should rise quick not long from now

This took me by surprise. In two years we'll see a 400 foot tower in the middle of this view, incredible

Wow I was skeptical of their timeline for the proposal but this thing is flying.

We are seeing great progress and this building will have a very good impact on the skyline; its height from the ground floor to the roof will be about the same as the Aramark (now Jefferson) Tower.

Friends, there is another consideration to keep in mind for all of those who are skyscraper enthusiasts; the land that the Mark is located on is substantially higher than downtown Philadelphia; so from a distance even though the tower is 407' it could appear to be closer to about 460' when it comes to how it effects Philadelphia' skyline due to the city' topography. This tower will stand on ground about 57' higher then most of downtown.

It'll be really nice to see how this looks when it is complete.

I stood at 33rd and Chestnut and looked west and this even in its early stage looks very substantial. I am looking forward to seeing this building get built because this tower will really stand out.

Ten floors up and it can already be seen from the Walt Whitman Bridge

Facade installation has started. The blue is more crayon-blue than I expected, but withholding judgement for now.

EDIT:

Looking very different from CDR materials... Kind of giving Chinatown Crane building vibes (derogatory)
