We see so little steel frame buildings today, I’m sometimes still surprised at the speed those buildings go up. Working on floor 7 now, this thing will probably be topped out around 4th of July.

I drove by over the weekend on 95 South. Wow, totally changing the feel of that approach to CC....and once 412 N. 2nd gets going.....
