It doesn't seem like much, but a few buildings will be breaking through the table top; the Odenak towers (31 and 36 floors) and the Renaissance Marriott (36 floors).

As LeBreton Flats is develope (around the Odenak towers at the centre of the Queensway in this shot) with towers ranging from 30 to 50 floors, this view should change dramatically over the next decade.
