After seeing the glazing, and the fact the balconies are concrete, starting to feel comfortable this will be one of the best looking towers around when complete. Easily best in Brentwood.

Very high hopes so far.

White balconies will contrast well with the dark walls. This will look great unless they come up with some crazy shenanigans further up the tower like Station Square 5.

Agreed. The matte dark panels are much better than glass spandrel would have been.
Should look good despite the small windows.

Great quality especially coming from a developer with little to no highrise building experience.

It's because they aren't practiced in value-engineering projects to look like garbage. I'm sure they'll pick up a few tricks for the next one

I think this is just sloppy design from Onni. Gilmore, Carleton, and Madison should be equidistant but in this image, "Madison" is located at approximately halfway between the real Madison and the future Carleton - which aligns roughly with where the 4180 property ends.

Yeah, Madison is further east than shown on that map, and Akimbo is to the east of the ONNI site.

Yes, the map is inaccurate. The two towers on Dawson to the east of the station are Gilmore 5 and Gilmore 6. The next two on Dawson, across Carleton, are Gilmore 7 and Gilmore 8. Akimbo is on a lot to the east of those towers, but the map conveniently omits the land it's being built on, or the lot to the north of Akimbo, both fronting Madison
