From a tenant's perspective. I think what they've done is better than the brick wall with a few holes in it. Feels more breathable/transparent

Nice addition to Bank Street. Not too many holes now with parking lots or buildings that have not seen significant renovations. It has taken about 15 years, but the Centretown stretch of Bank is closing in on a complete street.
