Indeed! also glad its not a boring flat facade given that its unlikely to ever be blocked by anything and it is quite prominent

Much larger than I thought. It's turning out well so far.

Moon though, my lord! The worst two faces are the most prominent.

This will probably look good when done. I like the curve. I do wish there was another 10 floors or so on top, inset a bit, to give it a bit more height and standout a bit more. It looks fairly stubby right now.

It looks stubby because of the "L" shape. It's thinner from the other side. Considering it's the front of the skyline, I'm happy with the height.

I'm all for the stubby fat facade, because this building blocks Moon from some angles and the ugly 60's-80's buildings behind it from many angles.

I want to say the southern tower of Moon looks half decent from this angle.

Very happy with this one. Just the right height to hide everything, without making the table-top worse.

Wow the column-free upper two floors. Does anyone know what kind of massive amenity space will be on the (17th?) 2nd last double-height floor? Cruise-ship style dining room?

Yes, in addition to 4 independent living apartments, the 17th floor houses the pub and games rooms. The 18th floor is the main dining room.

A pub and casual dining? Holy shit.. that's way more awesome than living over a hole in the wall bar! Curious to see how that would work though... it would be open to the public to enjoy the view an dine? Similar to Andaz?

I think it's just for residents, though I don't know how busy it will be if every apartment has a kitchen.

Isnt this a retirement home for the rich? They might be getting their meal served every day and therefore use it daily

As a middle class guy, the concept of not using my own kitchen, ever, is foreign to me. But yeah, quite possible that the majority of the wealthy retired residents will be regulars at the roof top dinning service.

I believe the Brigil tower on St. Laurent, facing Notre-Dame Cemetery also has a roof top restaurant. Is that for residents only?
