So far this is matching the updated renders layout wise.

The day is also overcast... I'm thinking the panels will be a little bit brighter in better lighting.

Harley, could you comment on what the true color of the aluminum panelling is? The renders showed something lighter than this photo appears to show.

I would describe them as 'cloud white'. I'll ride up the lift and take a really close look at them next week.

Cloud White... I've bought many many gallons of Benjamin Moore 'Cloud White'

I figured it was something between pure white and what the photo shows.

Looking at the Benjamin Moore colours, I'd actually peg it more as Chantilly Lace.

My whole house is painted top to bottom in Chantilly Lace. Very happy with that choice. It definitely shows brighter white on walls than the card and those building panels in that posted picture, but it’s my favourite white now. My last house was Pure White top to bottom, which is more crisp and bold (less soft) on the eyes.

Those panel gaps look pretty big... I assume they'll fill them in with something? Or could that just be a material they'll mount the real panels to later?

Perhaps caulking when the windows get installed?

Passing by on the 75 Friday evening I would say the photos are a fairly accurate depiction of the color. Fine by me.

Looks great! I count 4 floors left? Looking forward to skyline shots towards Tunney's/Westboro and see the impact it has on the skyline (and how well it takes attention away from 1960 Scott)!

4 floors left and the 6m +/- (rather substantial) mechanical penthouse/roof feature. I'll go up the lift tomorrow if I have time and get some shots from the top.

I like the soft white panelling and the bronze window trim, and I like what they are doing with the mechanical penthouse. It's an RLA building, but so much better than the average RLA building. I'm at the point where anything not CharcWhite pleases me though....

Same sentiment here. Not a spectacular building by any stretch, but it's different from what we usually see, good quality, it has a few interesting details. Nice addition to this part of the skyline, with a distinctive roof, which we rarely see in Ottawa.
