The entrance to the upper floors is the escalator on the east side. It’s shown in one of the renderings. They mentioned that in the zoning meeting. Look at slides 4-6

The building is owned by Goodman properties. They’ve owned the building since the 90s and seem committed to the site. They seem reputable but as with most things, time will tell.
