It's a nice rendering, but it does depict the exposed eastern wall of 1370 Broadway as ornamented like its' 37 St façade instead of the undecorated lot line wall that it is, which is totally disingenuous.

And the official height is 785 ft. per architect's submissions. Can mods update?

At nearly 800 ft. this will be prominent.
