Thank you. The CTBUH is a reliable source, too.

In fact, there is no construction of a skyscraper visiable. Is it proposed or on-hold? I whould say proposed, I doubt that any works took place there.

Here an update: http://buildingdb.ctbuh.org/?do=buil...uilding_id=109

CTBUH changed back to proposed. You´re right Tom. I hope an editor will correct the diagrams soon. I posted that in the correction thread.

Translating some of this:

CONSTRUCTION OUTLINE
NAME :: PUSAN LOTTE TOWN NEW CONSTRUCTION
LOCATION :: BLAH BLAH BLAH (ADDRESS)
ZONING :: BLAH BLAH BLAH (COMMERCIAL / ETC.)
DURATION :: FEBRUARY 2001 ~ JUNE 2016
LAND AREA :: 40,054.90m2
CONSTRUCTION AREA :: 21,737.49m2
WHOLE AREA / FULL AREA OF BUILDING (576,433.38m2) = GROUND AREA (389,143.73m2) + BASEMENT AREA (187,289.65m2)
HEIGHT :: 510.10m
6 BASEMENT FLOORS / 107 FLOORS ABOVE GROUND
INGREDIENTS :: IRON BEAM + CONCRETE
USAGE :: STORES / HOTEL / CULTURAL (BANQUET) HALL / OFFICE
PARKING :: PLANNED 2,409 CARS / COURT (ZONED) MINIMUM 2,191 MAXIMUM 2,500 CARS

Kind of a slap-dash attempt at translating it, oh well. . . I did have some help. . .

This Final Decision will be held in March.
maybe,after this month,Busan Lotte Tower will be started...Reliable Fact is this.
