I'd bet that phase 2 is scrapped and as shown in the rendering, it will be a surface park lot with some common space, well landscaped and maybe even a splash pad area. Something visually appealing to draw people to the location. Co-living is still an unproven concept in PHX but time will tell.

It will not be a surface lot, It will be cleared and covered in gravel until Phase II breaks ground. Part of the garage is not access controlled specifically for the retail parking component. Also, the unit mix was changed to more studio, 1 and 2 bedroom units as part of the rebranding, so the co-living aspect is less impactful as previous advertised.
