I'm estimating around 283'ish.

Edit* I found another article that basically is the same as the one I posted above, but it states a completion date of late 2019. I suspect this is ready to start.

This rendering makes much more sense. Idk why the old rendering had the curve the curve the same angle as the Hampton hotel when the curve should go up against the street.

I agree with Obadno, let's get a construction date.

Have a permit that was approved on 8/7 for Kenect. Permit number is CCPH-1800280. Not exactly sure what this permit is for. But if I'm not mistaken, I believe a CCPH (Civil Commercial Place Holder) is a type of construciton permit, correct?

Denver is also getting a Kenect. I hope we break ground first!

I think they have had staff parking cars there lately. I noticed it a week ago. I don't think they are related to the development.

These developments are taking way too long to get off the ground. Link was started super fast. I often wonder how they were able to get moving so quickly compared to the other proposed projects. What is holding up all these other developments for a year to nearly 2 years?

I have no Idea but slow seems to be more common than quick, Stuart, block 23, this project, Native American Connections, Even Portland on the Park all seem to take forever to get going.

The only ones that were quick were the ugly Courtyard Marriott and Link

Took a walk around Downtown last night. I noticed that Kenect has lots of new paint markings around the street and sidewalk. Also, all the Palo Verde trees now have a blue ribbon tied around them. If anyone recalls, I posted that a plant salvage permit was approved a couple of weeks ago. So, I assume we will see the trees coming out soon. This is a good sign that site work may be starting shortly. I'm betting this starts moving around the end of October...give or take.

Perhaps another indication of construction soon, I noticed the blue tarp that was on the fencing around the place has been replaced with advertising for Kenect with ‘Spring 2020’ as the due date. This is sounding very real now!

Took a quick pic of the fence wrap. Exciting to see this finally moving!

Excellent! What are they doing with the trees? Are they going to move them?

None taken out or moved yet. I am not sure which option they are going with.

Walked by the groundbreaking yesterday. Great to see dirt moving (at least ceremonially)

I hope this will just sprout out of the ground like all the fresh weeds popping out of my front yard!

Excellent news! Bring on the crane!
