In terms of the 1919 strike monument I think it is reasonable to be asking if there is a budget and plan for annual upkeep and maintenance. Being outdoors in Winnipeg it will suffer from the elements even if vandalism does not happen.

When did I say that there would not be a budget for upkeep or repair from the elements? There would be, just as there would be for any public art. It was Yorkville who seemed to imply there was something special about this particular piece of art.
