Still clearing the site, seems like they have to finish breaking up bedrock on the east side of the site around the ramp.

Do you mean 111 Richmond RD? I don't think you can see it from there.

Yes, I do actually see the building you are talking about...would make sense to be able to see it and others from this vantage point, especially once they are taller than everything else around them...

Not a lot of progress, looks like they are still breaking up bedrock:





They've driven rebar into the rock in several places:

Is this the start of the pad for the crane?


Another hole cut at the north-east corner of the site.

Occupancy is still scheduled for September, but that's before Second Avenue West which is almost above grade.

Cleared most of the rock from the site, enlarged one of the holes started last week, more structure at the smaller hole at the north east corner

Doesn't seem to have made much progress this week, they were supposed to have started pouring the foundations by end of January.

No problem - I have a vested interest as SO and I purchased a unit here.

Lack of feedback from either builder or agent regarding completion date is starting to get frustrating though!

It is a perfect storm of over eager first time condo owner and new fancy (for me) camera.

SO and I go there every week to see what's going on as so far we have had ZERO (apart from one e-mail) feedback from either the builder or sales agent as to progress or scheduled completion date, which is still apparently in September of this year.

Started putting up white tarp around walls of pit covering up where they cut through the bedrock (below boards)

That's a fairly tall crane to use for only 6 floors...actually, on 2nd look it's not bad. This building will block the Coats building from view from some of those vantage points...
