depends on the weather I guess...

You never know, we've been getting some Vancouver style temps here over for the past couple of days....

As for the honies, it just needs to get above zero and its a skankfest on the streets... dont take much to get'em outta their clothes...

Not really a highlight about urbanism, but I guess someone in Waterloo doesn't like strip malls!! Or maybe it was a bunch of guys who got frustrated after seeing all the girls leave Tabu with collar-popping guido posers.
