Looks amazing. You are correct, I forgot you posted the FAA app news. Is there still a legal dispute with Angel's Trumpet?
I know it's a pipe dream, but I wish they'd come to terms and have a ground floor retail and patio element for Angel's Trumpet that would allow them to move into the building and preserve their skyline view while also putting the current property up for sale and redevelopment. It would be a win-win like Macayos is midtown. I realize though that it's probably gone too far and there is too much animosity to even have the conversation.
Okay, so if there is no legal dispute pending then there is an excellent chance of both The Derby and The Stewart breaking ground this year.
