The site history is pretty accurate actually! Unless you heard otherwise from Gary? And as for the active railroad spur, that's for grain delivery...trains move at 2.5 miles per hour. There's a rendering that actually shows a "train plaza" that uses the train as a focal point. This is a cool project, love that it celebrates and preserves the culture of the site while still giving it new life. Wish all of rino would do the same, the grit is what makes rino rino. I think its a job well done.

The site history for the warehouses, yes. But I thought that the flour mill was built by the Peavey Company in the 1970's and has been owned by Cargill since the 1980's. I didn't think that Giambrocco was involved at all, am I incorrect?

Okay, this is officially the coolest development in Denver in awhile. Love the repurposed manufacturing site and retail lanes going through it.

There is to some extent. A couple of Denver's station area plans specifically call for maintaining industrial uses/zones within their respective boundaries.
