White Out party tickets sold out in minutes. I miss when it was free and 20K+ people were outside on Donald, Graham and Smith and were all yelling "Go Jets Go"

I get they want to control crowd size. But ya seems like a missed opportunity. Maybe they can create different zones all stacked up back to back. There is also a smaller party zone in true north Square. Not sure where you get tickets for that one.

Nobody would have known that at the time. Even the best person to know that didn't even know any of that at the time, and he's out week-to-week.

Best to have him rested anyway, and if he's back in the middle of the first round at best, should it go long, then great.

He's done a great job devaluing himself to other potential teams should he explore free agency this off season. I'll give him that.

3:30 AM post, but holy moly, good start to the series with St. Louis.

Just gotta clean up on our own end, win more faceoffs, and actually exist in the penalty kill, where we didn't.

Still, great effort by the boys!

St. Louis is a story of its own; amazingly, brutally, focused. But they're Trumptards, remember. Winnipeg, it's your time. Elbows up! I'm rooting for you.

Another interesting story is the Dallas Stars. For a while they were a real threat to take over first place in the division, then they just fell off the rails. I'm no fan of their team, but their fans must be tearing their hair out wondering what happened.

The Jets will have their hands full throughout this series with St. Louis. Let's hope they can stay focused and keep up the effort they will need. I'll be honest, it's pretty stressful watching them so far!

Jets get it done again in a game that looked a lot more like what was expected going into the series. Should be tighter from here on out. I will withhold an official prediction, but I have a good feeling.

Stanley doing his best Byfuglien impression tonight.

Never liked Logan because of his antics over the last few years, or lack there-of, like the obvious multiple cross checks before finally getting called for it tonight. Probably testing the refs patience there. Still, he was hitting where he was needed the most tonight, and I think his partner Luke sort of turned things around for him a bit.

Shout out to Colonel Sanders for showing up to the game for the Whiteout today.

Excellent team effort tonight. Mark Scheifele was lights out tonight, Kyle "Friggin" Connor was fire, and Connor Hellebuyck was putting his best effort like he always done all season.

Credit where credit is due. Jordan Binnington would not let up and made some crazy saves. Robert Thomas showing that he remains a dangerous threat to Hellebuyck.

A two day layover before heading out to St. Louis on Thursday. Keep the momentum going!!!!

I thought Binnington played unreal, Jets have mostly been getting "garbage goals" on him. Jets keep play strong disciplined defensive hockey. Villardi back next game hopefully, Ehlers is still 4 weeks

I think even if Villardi is cleared for Thursday it might be an idea for the team to scratch him. Iafallo is holding his own on the top line and the team may go up 3-0 on the series. Letting Villardi get more team to heal before a potential second record could be a smarter longer term move.

I'd hold Vilardi until at least game 4 at this point. If Jets go up 3-0 on Thursday, hold him out even longer. Maybe 2nd round start.

I'd also agree Binnington has been playing well. It's either garbage-esque type goals, or the one timer from Connor that is hard to stop regardless. STL obviously have the read on going high over Hellebuyck. They're going top shelf for basically every chance.

Agreed on Vilardi being held out. If the Jets can win game three then certainly gives them the option of letting him recover even longer. Should the Jets be able to wrap up the series quickly, it would be nice to give all the guys a chance to recover a bit.

For Hellebuyck, I see the point about the shots up high. That said, two of the four he's allowed wouldn't have had a chance to be saved at all by any goalie (the tying goal to go to 2-2 on Saturday and the 3-2 goal). Even the first goal of the series, you prefer to see it be a save, but it was a heck of a shot. I think the only goal that really Helle should have would be the one the Blues had last night. Good shot, but Helle is a little deep in the net. That said, he only allowed the one and the team put up one of their top 3 performances in the 2.0 era, so putting goaltending under the microscope is just nitpicking at this point lol.

Nice to see strong play, penalty kill looked a lot better overall. Things are shaping up.

I follow him on Instagram - he has preached in his videos a number of times on the importance of obtaining permits to fly and film. He has done a few for the WAA which has extremely tight airspace.
