Those montreal pics really show how after a few decades, the Montreal skyline has gone from a pretty lackluster skyline to a solid one with good height, bones and density

Yeah I wasn't very clear. I meant the skyline was quite static for decades whereas now it's much bigger.

And yeah it only took a few years. Not done yet either.

second round of construction starting this fall. TDC2, Roccabella2, Icône2, Lucien L'Allier towers, etc ...

I would say after Toronto, Montreal has seen the biggest change. Only because it had so many gaps that have been filled.
