They seem to be massing a lot of timber for the old Goodwill site, and are moving along quite nicely on the Montage as well.

Everyone’s feelings on every street yet sadly most will never be buried
I feel like it’s more realistic to wish for some kind of not yet invented wireless beaming to buildings and they just remove all lines.

That Zephyr photo looks old to me. I'm a few blocks in and they're on the 4th story on the South Lamar side, and I imagine will have most of the exterior done by end of Q3.

I took the photo yesterday while waiting at the light. The northern side of the building is further along.

rumor is condos are going up at the old Shady Grove location on BSD.

I noticed tree surveyor there last week.

Interesting ... it would certainly make sense in the current market.

I'm still waiting to see what's to come with the Goodwill site that's massed all of that timber for construction. That's a big development that I thought had financing with all their purchases. Maybe they're just waiting now, or perhaps the new rules have affects on how high they can go?
