It's been fun following this building. How many more floors before the first setback? It looks like it should be reached soon.

Within the next 2 months we should see something.

Walked by the other day, and they have moved the fences away from the entrance ways. And the finishing near the podium is getting closer to having a completed appearance.

That's one of the things I like about this tower: it's larger footprint gives it the presence of an office tower, which is a welcome addition - and a nice visual anchor - to the sea of thinner condo towers going up around it.
