come on man their a legitimate business

they have had many project built or in the process of being built.. sure they've had instances where the project has not been complete or developed but that was due to certain circumstances..

if they get enough investment from leenders and presales the project will proceed.. these aren't some big scam artist that been goin from city from city scamming people they have been pretty transparent and open about their company and projects they've been involved in. They are active on social media and even have their own webpage.. Clearly theres been lots of interest in the project considering the amount of ppl who have already made down payments.

Do your research my friend. I would love to see a building such as this rise up in our downtown, but based on Fortresses' past practice, they're what you would call sketchy.

Yeah, they're sketchy. But seem there's a legit shot at getting this built. If the residential presales continue on and they get some office tenants. No reason this doesn't go ahead. Those are two big if's, but we'll have to wait it out.

Anyone heard on a sales update for the residential? We were at somewhere between 75 and 100 suites a couple weeks back.

That is amazing. Seems like people were holding out on condos until this project finally opened for sales. The original 100 unit ish number was amazing in itself.

Well, lets hope it continues. I'm cautiously optimistic. It could be a real interesting project. Obviously it would be seriously impactful on downtown Winnipeg and the Winnipeg skyline for a longggg period of time.

And hopefully this will encourage more such residential projects to the downtown area.
