Ok wow. I would've have spent less on those shade fins (90% of which aren't doing anything), and spent more on having proper 3rd floor windows

Also would've oriented the wood soffit in a radial fashion; right now they have the illusion of sagging between panels

I very much agree! Ironically across the street from Wesbrook Mall all those single houses...

What is that u/c? And why aren’t we seeing more mass timber buildings? It’s just the one? I thought it was supposed to be better

Fences are up for the Gateway, and an excavator is now on-site, but no work has been done yet.
