BTW, 3002 Peachtree Road: Look at the cute widdle store. That's a waste of real estate... for now.
Without going into specifics, Tuesday's announcement is magnitudes bigger.

Let’s start guessing. Nike is coming, OutKast is getting back together...

I appreciate all that you've contributed to this forum. This is the kind of stuff people pay subscriptions for. Despite the blue balls you've given us, your silence is certainly respected and understandable. This is truly an exciting time to be in Atlanta. For me, more than any individual building, I can't wait for the Gulch, South Downtown, Summerhill and Underground to be completed. This is such a game changer for downtown and the city as a whole.
Until then, can't wait 'til Tuesday to hear some more great news for our town and that other clock that's ticking too.

The company could also be Salesforce.

The rumors have been apparently circulating throughout the CRE community about them looking for a TON of new space, but no official press announcement has been made about it yet.

EDIT: Never mind. They already have offices in Atlanta.

I agree, it is a waste. I’d rather see a tower. Also, McDonald’s is remodeling too, ugh!

Like I said before, I just hope whatever it is lives up to the hype.

The worst feeling is going in expecting a Rolls-Royce but then coming out with a Ford Fiesta.

A very humble reminder to everyone's friend and favorite prognosticator, Atlanta 3000 .... Tuesday begins at 12:01am Monday night.

Hoping you'll share "Tuesday's" "Dewey Defeats Truman" breakout news just as Monday night's clock strikes Midnight.

What a Late Show that should be !

Respectfully Submitted, Monday 12:05AM

I'm not gonna watch this major announcement unfold like a snail inching across the road. Instead, I'm gonna wait until after all the dust settles like a building being imploded... Then I can curl up in a warm spot and read all 10 or more pages of the Atlanta thread naked and horny in my secret little hiding place like a kid in a candy store.
I won't be having a code brown, but items from Tokyo Valentino's should suffice.

Pretty decent actually-- they appear to be (mostly) lining the street with buildings. There's not enough density here for a parking deck. The public open spaces look quite nice--

It could possibly be film/big studio related since he said it wasn't feasible years ago.

I’m gonna say no on P&G, Kroger, and Film Studio (where would they put that in CoA?).
