Again, that’s impossible because of NIMBY’s. The best bet is to have a 4 lane freeway from Reith to Shuniah via Kakabeka Falls as intended, when things get bad. (Mind you, the segment between Sistonens Corners and Shabaqua Corners have no EDR in Canada. The bridge across Shabaqua River is a choke point.)
I mean, if truckers see a 4-lane divided freeway and that it’s only 16 km more, of course they will use it.
For highways near T Bay, F. Lionel should be the most knowledgeable (and vid knows quite a bit too).
For those around Timmins and North, and for Highway 11 north of New Liskeard, it’d be Loco101;
For those between SSM and North Bay (if not Mattawa), it’d be swimmer_spe and wave46.
I just don’t have anyone to cover those around Kenora.
