Yeah - the biggest problems are in the rearview mirror.
At this point - they're just finishing the tower to minimize losses. But at least it is getting done and looks great!

Tridel has been selected by the Receiver to take over as development and construction manager (early 2025). The present plan is to build only to the original 309 metre height but there remains a possibility that Tridel may decide to build taller.
So, it's official now, The One will be 85 (possibly 86) floors in height. To be finished off by Tridel. Final height should be 308.6 metres.
We can always change it back if they decide to go higher again.
