This one girl at work came running back into the office freaking out she saw a roach 6 inches long. I said she should go back and get pics, she did...it moved at her, she freaked out, slipped and fell and was out of work for a bunch of weeks.

Heading back to Calgary tonight. Probably just what I need right now, even though most of my friends are in Victoria now.

Yay, more work email that I must respond to on a Friday night! I checked all of the folders in my inbox (for shits-n-giggles) and so far I have received more than 17,000 work email in less than a year (that's not a mistake, seventeen-thousand received emails)

I guess was a bit lazy because I only sent a bit more than 8,000 work emails.

Oh dear, I didn't mean south of I-80! Oh My!

That's alright, it gives my office lots of work, all of our engineers of course are accredited in Illinois.. Our Chicago office lives off of the Chicagoland work, well except for 2008 and 2009 when they laid off 1/3 of the office and we kept on raking in the central Illinois work (and 4/5 of geographic Illinois) and nobody lost their job, granted our office is 1/4 the size to begin with. They churn, burn, murder, and kill in that Chicago office, no thanks. I'm sure that there are plenty of Chicago folks that look at a map of central Illinois and say no thanks, too. I've come to Lovehate it.

I was annoyed by it. The insurance company kept calling me to "verify the situation" as a witness.

As far as traveling to southern Illinois. What's Illinois? ahh, that's right...Chicago is not in Michigan.

I don't have a car to get down there and if I rented one, I'd be driving to another major city.

I have some final edits to make to my thesis that were due last Thursday and I just can't work up the energy to do them. Final draft is due to the NAU grad college by Friday, which also happens to be the day I graduate, and I start working full-time tomorrow as a government bureaucrat.

FML.

Southern Illinois, heck, I'm talking about Peoria, here! Obviously when I drive north it's way different than when you drive south. I drive into THE south a lot, so driving to Peoria is driving pretty far north.

My god my week has been amazing.

Topping it off with a night of shenanigans with my buddies, then getting blazed, then signing up for netfilx (waith swap those last two), then baking a garlic bread crust pizza. Fuck all y'all, I'm doin' me.

Just kidding, much love, peace, and respect. And yeah, I've got my rasta accent down just perfect. Hahaha!

I just looked at a photothread and had to stop myself from commenting "this thread is more pretentious than the city itself".

i think my thread was pretentious, although that was how it shaked out with the goofy witch house accompaniment. was that it?

however, i'm not pretentious and had fish guts on my shirt for two days this weekend.
