*sigh* I remember someone saying expect move-ins December/January likely late December, forget who that was. You'd save yourself stress if you stopped making wild guesses about dates.
I own an apartment that was built by Concord and this is exactly what happened with mine.
Save your stress, bank on moving in around Christmas (if you are on the lower floors) or into the new year (if you are on the upper floors) and just wait patiently and don't book furniture delivery until you have been given a firm date. That's just silly. Things could still go wrong with your closing.
When mine closed it was a
GONG show they (Concord) were hugely delayed on their legal side and it caused issues and a few delays. You still haven't closed the most important part, your mortgage.
I know its hard but patience my friends patience.
