NW Mike: where did you find the pic? I'm interested to see the original.
^^^
This is a mystery to me actually. I think i got it off an article a while back on it, or I think their website used to show it, but now they don't. I just had it saved in my pictures folder.

Yeah I agree, let's wait just a bit longer.

Welcome seattle lover. Do not trust anything you see on Emporis. They do not know their ass from their elbow.
And second question...They could build a taller tower in a few areas in the CBD if the FAA would approve it first.

In the PSBJ this week, they said it was 14 stories of residential over 14 stories of hotel, but that the residential levels had 16' ceilings. This should be right at 400'.

^ Since they're lofts you'll probably see a portion of each 16' high unit split into two levels - likely a raised sleeping area over the bathroom, closets, and maybe the kitchen. Usually the main living room is the part of the unit that has the full height ceiling.

^ It's Ava. Ava, Olivian, and the Camlin are all on the same block.

Hit Alt-Print Scr to capture the browser window, then open whatever image editing program you have. Depending on the program, you may be able to hit Ctrl-V (paste) w/o having to create a new image window/document (or whatever the program calls it). Once you have the captured image up, crop the picture so everything other than the image is removed.

ten20 and the ashton are across the street from each other. Both pretty nice buildings. Lots of common space and plaza areas.

-I never noticed that one. For a second I thought it might be like a fed-way tower or Tacoma, but its not.
