Yeah they just broke ground on the project in September. The project has been renamed from State and Arthur Apartments to Wilson Station Apartments. Good to see another crane going up!

I hope this apartment building is a catalyst for more density along that stretch of State Street beyond Veterans Parkway.

i love those table rock shots. there's a thread here that has "skylines from far away" and the top of table rock is not only 3 miles from downtown, but nearly 1000 feet up, so i think it qualifies:

if you zoom in on that shot just a bit, you can really see how the 12th and Idaho tower will add to the skyline from that angle, and you can also see how Garden City in the distance is rapidly densifying.

the CWI urban campus will add even more density between the two, as well.
