Really great Halifax photos. I'd love to go there one day.

This is from a 2 hour hike inside the city. this is now deep inside the city. but quite the hike. Brother said it felt like hiking in the southern foothills just west of Calgary.

The McTaggart sanctuary. The mountain bike community respects this area and stays out. we do ride on the creek in the winter but stay off the trails.

Great pictures, Martin. Sherbrooke has a very impressive set of stately older buildings. (Which ones are lio's?)

Montreal looking its summer best! And I'm especially impressed with Sherbrooke. Much grander and more impressive than I realized, certainly more so than a lot of similarly-sized areas.

Agree, Sherbrooke looks amazing - seems to be a forgotten city in the cross Canada city discussion despite having a population similar to Regina and St. John’s and larger than any other city in the Atlantic region except Halifax. Also nice to see some fresh new views of Halifax and love the rain in Montreal! I wish we got summer downpours to freshen things up, but rain is almost non-existent all summer in Victoria and there is no point checking the forecast because pretty much every day is sunny. It does reach a point where you look forward to autumn and the return of some rain come mid to late September.

Hot time, summer in the city. Toronto always delivers. And that first shot with the streetcar is totally ace.

Nice curating there Mr. Simian Ninja.

Are they re-building/re-designing Spring Garden Road in Halifax or is that pipe replacement? And is that alley with the dog Brunswick and Cogswell?

It's a rebuild; streetscaping project.
