With all of the issues the developer had, how much of a chance do we really see with the other phases beyond phase II

I hope all those lots don't stay parking lots while it takes years to sort it out

Do you think the developers went with the white and green color scheme intentionally to mimic 1999 Broadway, or was that completely unintentional coincidence?

If you look at these towers from the southeast, they look like part of the same project. Pretty cool.

Agree with DenverBear as well though, the best part of all this construction is imagining the people living downtown.

I wouldn't be too concerned about the possibility of phase 2 for this project coming to fruition. Osborne may have some legal hurdles ahead, but Im sure he has a whole team in place managing this project and the future phases. The only thing I would worry about that might kill future phases is the economy.

That's pretty well how I had figured it would come down, since it has to remove sections of the base as it descends. So my question is this:

Based on its placement, how in the hell is the Spire crane going to come back down when construction is finished?!

I've wondered that as well. It's as if they're just going to build it into the structure.

They've put the spire crane in a little nook on the side of the building. There is room to take it down I think.

Chinese mutton dragon's blood soup... You feed it to the crane operator and he/she will gain the ability to instantly transport the entire crane to another location, with a snap of his/her's fingers.

From their newsletter

Spring is finally here, summer is coming and One Lincoln Park's completion is just around the corner! We are now only a few short months from the opening of Denver's Finest in Luxury Living!

With the crane no longer a part of the Denver Skyline, construction focuses on the interior finishes including the 1000's of upgrades to make your residence all YOUR own! Here is an overview of some of the rest of the progress this past month at One Lincoln Park:

Ongoing work on Interior rough-in and finishes
Exterior wall panels and glass is substantially complete to Level 27
The window washing system tract, soffit, and roofing systems were all finished the first of May.
The goal is to complete the remaining building skin within the milestone dates to allow building occupancy in late July.
Activities and building in the lobby began Mid-April
Plumbing and Mechanical equipment installation complete on all parking levels.
The crane was demobilized in Early May.

I haven't seen any, but that's not to say that there isn't any on any given night.

I can't help but wonder how big of an impact this one building will have on light rail ridership.

Any news on what retail is going in there?

She's turned out to be quite a beautiful landmark!

Now, to eliminate more of those ugly surface lots in the area!
