9 day floor cycle is kind of surprising, I thought the regular floor plates would be closer to 6.

None the less, awesome to see this rise.

The precast exterior panels cant be far behind.

Note to self... Avoid or/and refuse to work on all work sites managed or supervised by Project manager Mr rofina

1 day slab pour - 1 day building core, columns and sheer walls pour and today a 1 day form stripping and table flying (no wind issues today).
Up to the 17th floor. 6 day floor cycles looks very achievable and perhaps a topping out by the end of the year.

Interesting article about trees on the Bosco Verticale in Milan and problems with them.

https://www.researchgate.net/publica...terconnections

i.e. uneven growth on trees.

that shouldn't be a surprise to people... seems like common sense. put a plant next to a window and see what happens. or take down a fence with a hedge behind it.

The wait to see the first precast panel installed is killing me! Beyond excited, especially after viewing the sample at the Fairmont couple years back.

White hoarding along Nelson was being removed today, possibly to make more room for a small staging area next to the street.

Wishful thinking but I would like to think its removal might involve something with windows?

Building Core Pour Today.
If all goes well tomorrow, they will be setup for the 18th floor, making it an 8 day floor cycle.

Not glass, and not wildly revealing pixs, but a truck load of building panels arrived today. More revealing pixs, soon I assume.

Awesome, thanks.
It must be hard to stack and transport those curved panels without damaging them.
Given the small number of panels on that one flatbed truck, it looks like it'll take a lot of loads and a long process to have them installed.

No doubt. I didn't even think about the transportation. Let the installation begin!
