From what I recall the development originally planned 2 levels of underground parking and several levels of above grade parking to accommodate the residential component of the parking requirements. I believe the 2 additional levels underground are now planned for commercial parking, though I could be wrong on that.
The little description of the SPA application does list 525 units here, but no breakdown of types.

Perhaps I'll email them tonight. Looking at the old Urban Solutions plans, it lists only 420 residential spots, no retail or commercial, and no bike parking.
I completely didn't realize this was supposed to have office space too, I'm curious if that's been retained. There were 2000 sqft of office space in the Urban Solutions plans, and 3 retail units at 2000sqft, 1000sqft and 1100sqft.
