They indicate 392 municipal parking spaces, however my understanding is that were not 100% committed to being handed over to the City and now it looks like Vrancor have decided to run them as a simple commercial lot.

Huh, thanks for this. So the above grade spaces are commercial and residential is accommodated in the below grade portion. That explains the 2 parking ramps (one on Caroline, one on George) as well. I just figured they didn't do much underground parking here and accommodated the res parking above grade because it's cheaper. Good to know it's a public garage instead of residential. There are 476 commercial parking spaces here essentially by the looks of it, making it, I believe, the fourth largest garage downtown after the City Centre, Jackson Square, and convention centre garages.
I'm not too concerned about the private ownership of it. $5/day and $90 a month is very affordable as it is anyway.
